Engaged

Meredith and I are engaged!  Here are some of the pictures from Zanzibar.  I'll save the stories for when we all meet again.

Purple Trees??

Among the many things that inspire awe here are the trees.  So I'm channeling my inner arborist today. They come in purple, orange, yellow, red, pink and white and in shapes I've never imagined. Take a look at these shots I've taken since being here.

Halloween and the Goat Races

It's been an outstanding couple of days with Halloween one night and goat races the next.  Both were fantastic.

I actually made a whip from an old bicycle tire and my girlfriend's jump rope.  Hope I can put it back together again.
